As the founder and lead clinician at Highlands Dental in Colorado, I’ve helped thousands of patients improve their health and confidence through personalized treatment plans and advanced dental technologies. I’ve grown the practice from the ground up, earning a reputation for quality care and building a loyal patient base that spans generations.

Dentistry has taught me the value of trust, consistency, and doing what’s best for people, even when no one is watching. It has also shown me how easily healthcare professionals can overlook their own financial well-being while focusing entirely on their patients.

That realization led me to real estate investing. I started exploring alternative income strategies and quickly became drawn to multifamily assets for their stability, cash flow, and potential for long-term wealth creation. Inspired by the teachings of Grant Cardone and other respected investors, I shifted my focus from residential to large-scale apartment communities. I became committed to mastering every aspect of the process, including underwriting, deal analysis, investor relations, and capital raising.

In 2025, I launched B3 Capital to help other dentists and medical professionals invest in Class A multifamily properties across Colorado, Florida, and Texas. Our mission is to make real estate investing accessible, transparent, and professionally managed, so that busy clinicians can build wealth without taking on another full-time job.
